Please plan your arrival so that you will be with us in the afternoon.

Use your day of arrival as an ideal introduction to your well-deserved break and explore the unique Black Forest on your way to us.

Numerous excursion destinations and sights are in our immediate vicinity.

Your room is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival between 3 p.m. and no later than 4 p.m. You are welcome to use the hotel’s own mountain SPA and the relaxation area from the time you move into your room.

Please note that you can arrive with us until 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, we ask that you let us know in good time so that we can coordinate accordingly.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.

To secure your break, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for each booking. This insurance is quick and easy to take out and is certainly worth the money if necessary.

For your continued worry-free time-out planning, we now offer you new, improved cancellation conditions for direct bookings.

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• One-time postponement of your stay free of charge up to 7 days before arrival – if the alternative date mentioned is available
• Cancellation up to 4 days before arrival: 40% of the total price according to the offer
• Cancellation up to the day of arrival or without notification: 90% of the total price according to the offer

• In order to protect yourself and your fellow human beings, we ask all guests not to travel already ill or sick.
• In our house we attach great importance to perfect hygiene. We therefore ask our guests to adhere to all hygiene standards of the house.

We have minimum stays over Friday-Sunday weekends, bank holiday weekends, holiday periods and special local events. We also offer special packages and would be happy to advise you!

Please note that it is not possible to shorten the booking free of charge at any time on booked minimum stay dates.

Tourist tax: € 2.20/person & day from the age of 15.

Single use: There is a limited number of single rooms available. Single occupancy is possible in our double rooms, for which we charge € 25.00 per night. In our comfort double rooms, single use is only possible on request.

Please note that all services offered as part of the ZUFLUCHT pampering services cannot be refunded individually.

We gladly accept the following means of payment: cash payment, debit card, VISA and Mastercard.

Vouchers only become valid after payment and can therefore only be redeemed after receipt of payment. A stay voucher can be redeemed as a listed package up to a maximum of one year after issue subject to availability (unless otherwise stated), later it can be redeemed as a value voucher subject to availability. Cash settlements are not possible. It is not possible to pay for ZUFLUCHT vouchers with other vouchers. We recommend that you make an early reservation with notification of the voucher number.

In the case of online vouchers, there is a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by returning the voucher with an express & written declaration of withdrawal are made valid. The voucher loses its validity and cannot be redeemed.

In the case of online bookings, the right of revocation according to § 18 Para. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.
